It is becoming increasingly popular for couples to visit Rarotonga prior to their wedding to check out the available service providers that the island has to offer. Our team would be happy to meet with you to discuss your options and to give you unbiased and objective information about how we can achieve your dream wedding. There is a consultation fee of $100, which will be deducted from your wedding package upon booking.

The Cook Islands enjoys a pleasantly warm and sunny climate all year round. During the summer months of November to April, temperatures range between 23°C - 30°C and tropical showers can
be expected. The winter months of May to October are slightly cooler and drier, with temperatures of 18°C - 27°C. Rarotonga has an average annual rainfall of 2010mm (79 inches).

Cook Islands custom says you are very lucky to marry on a rainy day and that you are blessed.

Couples need to be in the Cook Islands for just 3 Working Days prior to the wedding to obtain their Marriage Licence. Couples require birth certificates and passports, plus divorce papers and death certificate of spouse if applicable. All documents must be in English or translated into English. Weddings in the Cook Islands are legally-binding and internationally-recognised.

Please note: Due to the religious nature of the Cook Islands, weddings will not be conducted on a Sunday. A surcharge is applicable for weddings held on a Public Holiday.
