When Joe and I decided that we wanted to do something a little different for our wedding and get married in the Cook Islands, we were a little worried about how we would go about organizing all the details like the reception, the flowers, the church etc from so far away. Taking care of the dresses and suits were fine, but how would we handle the details that needed to be taken care of in Rarotonga?

That's where Andrea came in. Andrea was such a great help and we had confidence in her from day one. Her professional, yet friendly attitude put us at ease and was just what we needed to make our day go off without a hitch.


During the months before the wedding emails were exchanged back and forth between us here in Sydney and Andrea in Rarotonga and whatever we needed help with Andrea was there to assist us.

When our wedding day arrived, we were pleased to find we had made the right decision by choosing to get married in the Cook Islands and by choosing Andrea as our wedding co-ordinator.

On our wedding day we were able to sleep in and wake up knowing that everything had been taken care of and all we needed to do was get ready and really enjoy the day without having to rush or worry about anything. Andrea arrived at the house while we were getting ready and helped to get the bridal party ready and ease any minor nerves we had.

If you are thinking of getting married in Rarotonga we highly recommend that you engage the services of Andrea. Having her looking after everything and also being there on the day, ensured that we had a perfect day, and that we also really got to enjoy it because we had nothing to worry about.

We were so happy with her services and bubbly personality that we even requested she join us at our reception as our guest.

Little did I know I was going to be able to spend the morning of my wedding lying around reading a book! There was no running around, making phone calls or being late. Everything came to us. I did a lot of research on the web before I chose Andrea as my wedding planner and after contacting her I knew I had made the right choice.

Andrea was so warm and friendly and made everything so easy. All the suggestions she had made were great and well worth it and she really does care about her job- it felt like she was my best friend at the end. We have now enjoyed the wedding of our dreams- and Andrea was the person who made it so.

The most wonderful day of our lives!! And all thanks to the amazing day put together by Andrea and her team.

A wedding in Rarotonga, decided upon by us to take away the cost and stress of a wedding at home….not to mention the exquisite beaches, gorgeous sunsets and crystal clear seas for huge water lovers such as ourselves.

Andrea was a dream to deal with from day one. My constant emails and concerns were never too much trouble for Andrea and she always dealt with me in a cheerful and calming nature. In fact, by the time we arrived in Rarotonga I felt as though I was meeting a long lost friend and when we finally met we gave each other a big hug. It was nice to know that we had put the wedding in the hands of someone who got to know her clients well, establish their likes and dislikes and create them the wedding of their dreams.

I am typically not the most relaxed person and even surprised myself by how calm I was on the day! Knowing everything was in Andrea’s hands made us happy. Melinda did an amazing job of my hair and make up and was extraordinary with our flower girls and Par…. (Your husband Andrea…sorry!!) made an awesome warrior. Having a canoe and warriors really made the wedding that much more Rarotongan ….. and special! We loved the day so much we wanted to do it again (together!)

Thank you again Andrea. It was an amazing day, we have watched the DVD many times over and will always think back fondly on the memories that you have helped us to create.
