"We could never think of having our wedding at any other place than the Cook Islands, our home. The majority of our lives we have lived in Australia and New Zealand, with only a few years in the Cooks.
So came the day to decide 'How?’ it was just a matter of searching the internet. Wedded Bliss's website regularly kept up to date with its beautiful and modern theme, made it stand out from the rest. Also to add we are big believers in positive recommendations so it was not difficult to decide Wedded Bliss would be the one. Our form of communication was always through emails, until we arrived in the Cook Islands for our special day. Since our first inquiry, Andrea has always replied promptly to every single email.
Andrea even had a beautiful baby boy, and still her communication with us did not fault. And I must admit I was quite fussy in the planning, but Andrea's regular reassurance that nothing was too troublesome put us at ease. Without Andrea's knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality we wouldn't have been able to have such a memorable wedding. And because Andrea arranged for a fantastic photographer Hinoi and Pastor Ngatokorua Patia, it made our day that extra bit special.

"Our wedding in Rarotonga went so smoothly thanks to Andrea. Before we arrived in Rarotonga I wondered if it was a bit extravagant having a wedding planner for a small intimate wedding but we very quickly realised that we couldn't have done it without her.
Andrea's local knowledge was superb and she made the whole process so easy and relaxed. She was a wonderful calming presence throughout and while she remained professional it felt like we had a friend helping us out." |

"We decided that we wanted a beautiful tropical, stress free and romantic wedding, we just didn't know where to start! After contacting major resorts that were slow to respond and offered rigid packages, we did some research and found the most amazing wedding planner, Andrea from Wedded bliss.
With quick contact every time and a wealth of knowledge, it was obvious to us that she had our best interests at heart and made us feel very reassured that we had made the right decision. Andrea even helped us with ideal accommodation.
Andrea custom made our wedding to suit our every need before we had even made it to Rarotonga. On arrival we met with her and instantly her professional, friendly, bubbly manner shone through. Every detail was confirmed and we felt that we had every desire met, and turned our dream wedding into a reality.
Calming two normally highly strung people throughout this whole process is no easy feat, but Andrea had a fantastic manner that allowed us to enjoy the day and not be stressed at all, which was evident in our photos. “Andrea created what was truly the most special day of our lives. Our wedding day was above and beyond anything that my husband and I expected. From our initial contact via email while I was home in New York City, US, I knew Andrea was someone I could and should entrust my special day to. She was always quick to respond to my myriad of questions with thoughtful and creative ideas and answers. And even though we were on two sides of the world, I never at all felt that we were that far away or that my wedding was unmanageable from this distance. I completely trusted that Andrea knew exactly what she was doing.
After months of conversing, we finally met Andrea a few hours after we stepped off the plane very early one Monday morning. We had spent 2 days traveling and I was not prepared at all for the last minute preparation we needed to do but Andrea handled my groggy indecisiveness with ease and helped us decide on all the final touches. She went above and beyond before, and even after our big day, going out of her way to do anything we asked or offering her help even if we did not ask. Additionally, she has an arsenal of amazing contacts - our celebrant and photographer were professionally wonderful but also great people who we will not forget. Our cake was delicious and stunning and our flowers were awe inspiring! My husband had the pleasure of meeting the floral arch designer, and said that he too, was a great person. Everyone we encountered were not only experts at their crafts, but wonderful people who we enjoyed sharing this experience with.
Our wedding day was the most amazing, beautiful, simple, elegant event surpassing anything I had imagined. I had envisioned a simple barefoot ceremony on the beach and it was that but so much more. Andrea seemed to have an intuitive sense of what I wanted, more than I did myself! Thanks to Andrea's vision and expertise and her genuine interest in getting to know us and making it special for us, our day was exactly what I wanted but yet more than I could have ever dreamed up. Besides all of this, I consider her a great friend now. She is a wonderful person and we simply had a lot of fun with her! Thank you, Andrea for helping to create, and being a part of, the most wonderful day of our lives. It was a perfect dream that we did not want to wake up from. “Our fairy tale wedding was perfect in every single way and looking back I wouldn't have changed one thing! Andrea was fantastic, she organised everything and was so helpful. Her knowledge of Rarotonga, beaches on the Island, and Venues for the Reception was invaluable. We could not have done it without her.
On our day the weather started off great but then changed for the worst but Andrea was on to it, she changed the beach so it wasn't as windy and organised all the guests without me, the Bride, even getting stressed once about it. She also added so many little touches that just made our day so special, everything from music on the beach that the wedding party walked down to, champagne straight after the ceremony, transport to the reception and had flower arrangements on our tables that matched the colors of our flowers.
Throughout the day she checked on both of us, helped calm me down by assuring me it would all work out and took charge and was a great event manager. I would recommend Andrea to anyone who wants a great experience and a unique memorable day.

We had the most wonderful trip to your Island & the most amazing wedding to remember, thanks to all your hard work & running around....you never stopped, until everything was purrrrrrfect!
From the Warriors & Vaka, to arranging beautiful flowers & floral archway, to arranging the photographer, the beautiful celebrant (what a doll she is too!) right through to all the confusing Australian paper work issues!

“Dear Andrea,
Rick and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our special wedding a successful and touching moment that we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives.
Thank you so much for organising our favorite music that we thought we wouldn’t be able to find. When Rick had searched high and low on the island and found that everyone must have thought he was from another planet when he was asking for Pink Floyd? Who? No sorry, never heard of that band! After Rick had heard that a few times we had come to the conclusion that we would not have our music. But thanks to you Andrea we had our song and also some very nice music during the ceremony.
We would not have wanted our wedding any other way, or planned by anybody else. Thank you! Rarotonga is an amazing and very beautiful place and also very romantic if you are planning to be married.
We were very imprested with the high standard of the hair/makeup, lovingly done by Melinda. The flowers were amazing. J K the celebrant created a very calm ceremony that relaxed us all.
Also a big thank you to Willie our photographer who I am sure would make it big as a comedian as well as a very talented photographer.

“Our decision to get married in Rarotonga was in the hope that we would escape the usual stresses that go with any wedding day and we certainly did that by enlisting the help of Andrea. From the very start we found her to be very professional, organised and genuinely a lovely person. My friends couldn't believe I was so relaxed in the build up to my wedding day and often questioned why… I simply put it down to the fact that I didn't have to organise anything really, Andrea did it all for me. I left major decision such as my bouquet, how to decorate the marquee and tables etc up to her because she knows what she's talking about and I was certainly not disappointed… everything was perfect! Thank you Andrea for making our Special Day so great, it was lovely to get to know you and we'll be in touch next time we're up in Rarotonga. Arohanui."
